英語で「～に関して 」は、“regarding ～” や “with regards to～” などを使って表現することができます。どちらもフォーマルな表現で、意味にも違いはないため、互いに置き換えて使うことが可能です。

ジェシカのセリフも以下のように表現できます。

“I have a question regarding the overseas visit next month.”
（来月の海外視察に関して質問があります。）

なおカジュアルな表現としては、”about ～” を使うことができます。

“I’d like to talk to you about the party next week.”
（来週のパーティーに関して話がしたいのですが。）

ちなみに名詞の ”regard” には、「敬意、好意、尊敬」などという意味があり、”give my regards to ～”（「～によろしくお伝えください」）などという形で用いられます。
